: (1) There will be ranks and posts in the service as follows:- Rank Post
(a) Gazetted First: (1) Deputy Inspector General of Police
(2) Senior Superintendent of Police II: (1) Superintendent of Police (2) Deputy Superintendent of Police III: Inspector of Police (b) Gazetted: Deputy Inspector of Police
(2) No new post shall be created or registered at the Center after the commencement of this regulation.
